Website visitors

If you contact us, we use your name, email, company and message only to reply. The website uses only the cookies it needs to work.

Contributors

If you record video for us, we collect your name and contact details, the payment and tax details we need to pay you, your signed agreement and consent, and the videos you record. Videos show your hands and the space you are working in.

How we use contributor information

  • To pay you and keep the records the law requires.
  • To check the quality of recordings.
  • To build datasets and deliver them to our clients, as described in your contributor agreement.

Who we share it with

Recordings are licensed to our clients, companies developing AI and robotics, under the terms of your contributor agreement. We do not give clients your name, contact or payment details unless your agreement says so. We also use service providers for hosting, storage and payments. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep contributor and payment records for as long as the law requires. Recordings already delivered to clients remain with them under their licence.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other laws that apply to you, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, withdraw consent for future use, or raise a complaint. Withdrawing consent does not affect recordings already delivered before you withdrew. Email data@handsframe.com and we will respond within 30 days.
